Refund Policy

1. Token Expiry
Purchased tokens are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused tokens will expire and cannot be redeemed.

2. Finality of Token Usage
All token uses are final. Once a token is redeemed to obtain a price estimation, the result is stored in the user’s search history and cannot be reversed.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available in the event that the tool does not work as intended and it can be proven that a token was redeemed without producing a price output. We aim to ensure the tool operates correctly; however, please note that we do not provide refunds for cases where users request a refund after utilizing some or all tokens from a purchased pack.

4. All-or-Nothing Returns
Our return policy operates on an all-or-nothing basis. If you wish to apply for a refund, it must be for the total number of unused tokens you purchased. Partial refunds are not allowed.

6. Technical Issues
Please be aware that we do not cover user-side technical issues or failures that may affect access to the tool. These do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

Under consumer law, we are required to resolve any issues to ensure that our digital content or service meets the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. If there is a verified issue with the service, we will rectify it free of charge within a reasonable time frame, ensuring minimal inconvenience to you.
